Refund policy

Our Return Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange on your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. To begin the refund process, please email info @ youngdreamerspress.com, with a brief message or photos outlining the reason for the refund as well as your Order #.

Some items are not eligible for returns. These include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable files

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If the item is defective only, we require a few photos showing evidence of the defect. (Ex. misprinted book interior, incorrect cutting of pages) The front book cover must also be shown in one of the photos.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless otherwise instructed.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Products with obvious signs of use by the customer
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied back to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-15 business days.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

 

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product (unless instructed otherwise) to: 12-111 Fourth Ave. Suite #214, St. Catharines, ON, L2S 3P5, Canada.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued at over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
